Fire Rate Sealant
Fire Rate Construction Grade Sealant is a high-performance, intumescent sealant designed to prevent the spread of fire, smoke, and toxic gases through construction joints and penetrations. It maintains fire resistance for up to 4 hours, adheres to most building materials, and remains flexible, making it ideal for fire-rated walls and floors. Our product is a one-component, medium-modulus polyurethane sealant that cures on exposure to atmospheric humidity and is capable of enduring direct flames to certain degrees
